OOM: Orpheus

Seems like it's going to be one of those nights--the kind of night when Steve can't get Orpheus alone with him fast enough, can't kiss him passionately enough, can't get his hands on enough of Orpheus's skin.

"I know exactly how I want you tonight," Steve says as he pushes Orpheus through the doorway.

Orpheus chuckles faintly. "Give me a minute?"

Steve grins at him and kisses him lightly. "You take all the time you need, sweetheart."

[ooc: Whee Much Ado! I still have to get the RBB edited and up so continuing slowtime is fine with me.]

Orpheus settles against him with a smile. "So generous, my love."

"And I meant, do you need more, but you seem to be doin' fine."

[ooc: I heard they were there! So cool.]

"Ah. No, I'm...just fine."

[ooc: They were all adorable.]

Steve smears the streaks of paint with his fingertips. "Good," he murmurs. "I hate for you to be left unsatisfied." He kisses Orpheus's stomach.


[ooc: Dinnertime.]

"You never do," Orpheus murmurs, trailing fingers through Steve's hair.

Steve smiles and rests his cheek on Orpheus's chest. "I meant to draw on you more, but then I got kind of caught up in the moment."

"I don't mind. It was a nice moment."

"Only 'nice'?" Steve whispers, moving up Orpheus's body. "I must be doing something wrong if it was only 'nice'..."

[golden_lyre]

Orpheus laughs softly. "I want to give you something to work toward, lovely."

"Are you telling me I've never--what's the phrase--blown your mind?"

[golden_lyre]

"You have," Orpheus assures him. "Time and time again."

[thekidfrombrooklyn]

"Oh, good," says Steve with very real relief. "It's one thing to be inexperienced--it'd be terrible to just be bad."

[golden_lyre]

Orpheus laughs and kisses him. "Even when you had no experience at all, you're weren't bad."


[ooc: Sorry for disappearing, totally just passed out there for a bit. It's been a long week.]

"Oh, aren't you sweet," murmurs Steve with a soft laugh, and kisses him back.


[ooc: No problem, I did for a bit too.]

"I speak the truth, lovely," he says. "Have we ever had bad sex?"

"Maybe that time when I cried."

Of course, Bucky had just died. He was kind of a mess.

Orpheus shakes his head. "It wasn't bad even then. It was what you needed."

[thekidfrombrooklyn]

"Then you're right. We've never had bad sex."

[golden_lyre]

"There you have it," Orpheus says with a smile. "So you couldn't possibly just be bad."

Steve kisses him. "Thank you. I'd reassure you but I know you don't need it."

"I do have a bit more practice," Orpheus says, laughing and kissing him.

"Exactly." He strokes Orpheus's face.

Orpheus cups Steve's cheek in his hand, just looking at him for a moment, smiling.

"Oh, my love," he murmurs. "You make me forget any reason to be anything other than content."
