After this conversation with Orpheus, Steve figured it was only a matter of time before he'd have a chance to actually tell people. And so it's only a few days later when he's in another TV studio, getting ready to go on camera.

The big difference is that for the first time, Orpheus is with him. It's hard to keep his eyes off him, and the makeup artist has to remind him once or twice, "Chin up, please, Captain."

Eventually Steve forces himself to stop, and braces himself over Orpheus, gasping.

"As good as that feels," he pants, "I don't want to come yet."

Orpheus turns his head to look at Steve. "How do you want to come, lovely?" he murmurs, his voice a bit breathless.

Steve kneels on the bed again.

He sucks on his fingers to get them good and wet.

"I don't need much," Orpheus murmurs, tucking his face against Steve's neck.

"I've mentioned I don't like battering my way in, right?" Steve whispers and pushes his fingers into Orpheus.

"It's not battering. Use all the lube you want, I just don't need a lot of stretching," he mutters.

Steve twists his fingers. "How about how this feels?"

Orpheus groans. "It's...it's good."

Steve gives Orpheus one final twist and pulls out his fingers. He grasps Orpheus's hips with both hands to lift him up, and then drives into him.

Orpheus lets out a low cry, head falling back. "Gods," he groans.

Steve raises and lowers Orpheus slowly, his gaze fixed on Orpheus's face.

Orpheus clings to his shoulders, biting his lip.

Steve wraps an arm around him and holds his head so he can kiss his mouth.

Orpheus kisses him deeply, fingers tangling in Steve's hair.
