OOM: Orpheus

Steve manages to get up the stairs without stumbling too much, and to their door without falling over his own feet.

The drinks he takes from the bottle don't help.

When they get to their door, he leans on the wall to stay upright while Orpheus gets his key.

"Used ta be a lightweight," he tells the wallpaper.

Orpheus keeps a hand on his back even while he's opening the door, and he ushers Steve inside with an arm around his waist to keep him mostly upright.

"Not in any sense of the word, lovely."

Steve toddles to the bed and flops onto it.

"Weighed 98 pounds soaking wet. Lightweight."

"Yeah, but not anymore," Orpheus says, moving to tug off Steve's boots.

"That's why I said 'used to be.'" He drinks, Atlantean spilling down his neck, and cusses as he dabs at it with his sleeve.

Once Steve's boots are off, Orpheus moves to lay next to Steve.

Steve hands him the bottle.

Orpheus takes a brief sip and then sets the bottle on the end table. He shifts to his side to look at Steve, resting a hand on Steve's hip.

Steve frowns at him. "I'm not done with that yet."

"It's still there if you need it," Orpheus says.

"If you think I'm going to cry on command just because I'm here, I'm not."

"I'm not asking you to." His hand moves around to Steve's back, stroking in slow circles.

Steve frowns at him for a moment more, then hauls Orpheus to him by the shirt and kisses him sloppily.

"That's a much better idea," he mutters against Orpheus's mouth.

Orpheus' hand moves up to Steve's face. "Is that what you want, lovely?"

"Yeah. Fuck me."

There's far more desperation than romance in his tone.

Orpheus wasn't expecting much romance tonight.

He searches Steve's face a moment before nodding slowly and kissing him again, a little harshly.

Steve groans and clutches Orpheus to him, hands digging into his back.

Orpheus keeps kissing him as his hands move to tug at Steve's clothes, meticulously peeling them off.

Steve is not half so gentle--he yanks at Orpheus's clothes and kisses him hard enough to bruise.

Orpheus groans softly, taking everything Steve has to give. Once he has him undressed, he shifts to push Steve onto his back and reaches for the oil.

Steve runs his hands over Orpheus's thighs restlessly. "Do it hard."

"Whatever you need, lovely," Orpheus murmurs, bending to kiss him roughly, slicking his fingers before pushing two into Steve.

Steve arches and cries out.

[golden_lyre]

Orpheus nips at his lip, fingers twisting and curly, stretching him quickly.

Steve opens his legs wide and pushes his hips up, making desperate, hungry sounds in his throat.

Orpheus groans at the sight and sounds, a little disappointed in himself for being so turned on by it. He pushes another finger in, thrusting them in short, sharp movements.
