Steve grabs the agent by the shoulder of his uniform and yanks him out of the water. The man starts to bite down but Steve shoves his hand into the man's mouth.

"Alexander Pierce is dead," he tells the agent. "Your secrets are all over the internet, every newspaper, every news channel. What are you still fighting for?"

The agent glares at him sullenly.
