OOM: Orpheus

The Bar, for reasons best known to herself, has given Steve a room that could be a renovated warehouse loft in New York. There's exposed brick and lots of bookcases--which Steve has begun to fill--and a shelf for his record player and vinyl albums. The tall arched windows open to a view that could be Manhattan at nighttime, if you didn't know you were at the end of the universe. The bedding and upholstery are faded, Cape Cod-type shades of cream and red and blue, as if someone left them out in the sun during a long, lazy summer.

Steve gets another key from the bar and stands in front of the door for a few moments, breathing deeply, before he lets himself in.

Steve leans up and pulls Orpheus to him. "Kiss me, sweetheart."

Orpheus holds Steve's face in both hands and kisses him slowly.

Steve strokes down his back.

Orpheus hums softly against his lips, more love than desire but a fair bit of both.

Steve shivers deeply. "What do you want to do tonight?"

"I want you to fuck me," he murmurs. "And then I want to fuck you."

Steve shivers even more deeply and whispers, "Yes. Oh, my, yes."

Orpheus smiles and rolls his hips slowly.

"Need to get you ready," Steve says, and blushes again as he turns away to get lube from the nightstand.

Orpheus chuckles softly, reaching out to touch Steve's cheek. "Embarrassed, lovely?"

"No one else has been sleeping with me," Steve says. He pops the cap. "I just needed it for, um, for me."

He smiles and kisses Steve. "There's nothing wrong with that."

Steve presses his head against Orpheus's neck a moment. "I know. Still, it's hard to admit it sometimes."

He pours lube onto his fingers. "Ready?"

[golden_lyre]

"Yeah," Orpheus murmurs, shivering slightly. "I'm ready."

Steve wraps an arm around Orpheus's waist and presses his fingers into him.

Orpheus' eyes close and he lets his head fall back with a groan.

Steve moves his fingers slowly, watching Orpheus's face. He strokes Orpheus's spine with his thumb.

Orpheus moans softly, face relaxed, heavy-lidded eyes looking down at Steve as he rolls his hips, riding Steve's fingers.

"You're so beautiful," Steve whispers and kisses his chest.

[golden_lyre]

Orpheus huffs out a breath and curls his fingers into Steve's hair. "Thank you, lovely."

"How do you want it, sweetheart? Want to ride me?" He smiles naughtily. "Or harder than that?"

[golden_lyre]

Orpheus laughs breathily. "Fuck me, lovely. Hard and deep. I want to feel you in every part of me."

The flush deepens in Steve's cheeks. "Do you want it from behind?"

Orpheus sucks in a quick breath. "Yes..."

"On your knees," Steve whispers. "Hold the headboard."
